Do you struggle every year to come up with a cute photo for your holiday cards? Do you feel like you’re always the one taking the photo and you never get to be in them? Join us for family portrait day where we will be holding mini photo sessions at the library for free. Photos will be taken by your local friendly librarians who enjoy amateur photography and want to give back to our many loyal library users. Dress in your favorite or festive clothes and pose in front of our backdrop with your loved ones and say “cheese!” Photos will be delivered digitally for you to keep. You will retain the rights to your images to use however you want. To maximize safety for everyone, this will be a socially distanced event.
Registration is open to friends and families of all kinds (but please leave your four legged and feathered friends at home). Sign up for this program by Wednesday, November 3. Please only one ticket for your family, no matter how many will be attending. A librarian will be in touch by phone to let you know your exact time slot. The time slot will be sometime between 10 am and 1 pm. Due to anticipated popularity of this service the time slot you are assigned will not be flexible.
