Stretch, bend, and breathe at this special yoga centered story time! Through books, songs, and movement, we will explore some basic yoga poses and breathing techniques. Recommended for children 3-7. Mats are not required, but participants are welcome to bring one if they want. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Registration required.
