Reduce the Risk of Stroke through Exercise

Did you know that someone in the U.S. has a stroke every 40 seconds? Up to 80% of strokes can be prevented by controlling risk factors such as high blood pressure. Learn the many ways you or a loved one can reduce your risk of having a stroke. At this interactive event presented by Juliane Russelt, DPT at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services, participants will also have the opportunity to get their blood pressure screened and try a simple exercise routine. Registration is required. Open to adults.
