Meet Cookbook Author Quelcy Kogel

Quelcy Kogel is a Pittsburgh-based food and prop stylist, recipe developer, photographer, event designer and creative whose work has been featured in Sift Magazine (From King Arthur Flour), Bon Appetit, the Instagram blog and more. She was a contributing editor for DesignSponge.com, as well as TABLE Magazine. With the publication of her first cook book in April of 2019, she’s added author to that list too! Join us as Quelcy shares a behind the scenes look into writing The Gluten Free Grains Cookbook. The book features 75 recipes she developed, all of which incorporate whole grains like buckwheat, millet, sorghum, teff, wild rice and more! Quelcy will even bring along samples of some of these lesser-known gluten-free grains to show to the audience. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase.
