The Friends of Green Tree Public Library is a service organization dedicated to helping the library. They are a group of dedicated people who love and support the library and who believe that a quality library is an essential part of the community. Members work actively to make the library a better place in a variety of ways including community advocacy, volunteering, fundraising, and enhancing the library experience for all patrons. Their ongoing yearly support enables the library to continue its wide range of programming and provides financial support to pay for the expense of supplies and equipment beyond funding provided by local, regional and state government agencies.
