There’s a hummus among us! Long a staple of Mediterranean cuisine, this spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas has become increasingly popular in recent years. At our class, participants will learn how to prepare three different kinds of hummus that will have you ditching the store bought stuff in no time: a traditional hummus, a flavored hummus and even a sweet and healthy dessert hummus. Get ideas for how to incorporate hummus into both appetizers and meals. Afterwards, treat yourself to a mid-afternoon snack with the yummy hummus we’ve made! Free and open to adults.
