Suite Rewards Online Booking Procedures
Now you can make your Suite Rewards reservations online 24-hours a day through our new interactive internet booking engine. Please refer to the booking procedures below. If you have any question, please contact our Sales Department at 407-387-1820.
- Visit our web site at www.hifamilysuites.com.
- Click on the Reservations and Interactive button in the top menu.
- Scroll sown and click on the button that says “Florida Suites Reward & Suite Reward Reservations Enter Here”.
- You will be asked to enter a hotel ID and password.
- Enter—Hotel ID – 574, Password – ste
- A screen will appear showing you all of our suites types. Enter your desired travel dates and click “check Availablity”.
- The next screen will show you which suites are available during the time period you requested.
- Choose the suite type that you which to book. Note: No Rates will be displayed please refer to your Suite Rewards material for rate information.
- After you select you suite type click “make a Secure Reservation”.
- The nest screen will require you to enter your reservation information. Note: In the Company field it will say “Must Enter Non-profit organization’s name and code STE.” Enter Green Tree Public Library-STE.
- Once you have completed this form, click “Make a Reservation”.
- You will be prompted to enter your credit card information. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number.
- After you enter your credit card number you will be given a confirmation number. You will also be e-mailed a confirmation.
- Cancellations—all cancellation must be phoned into our reservation department by calling toll-free 1-877-387-5437. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
